According to iSupply it is a power management IC. This seems true because the components surrounding it are capacitors and a coil.
Could be an Infineon M6811, the numbers M1817 and A11 could be the version number and the revision status respectively, like in other parts from Infineon.
The RF transceiver seems to be the other part, marked as 338S097.

It could be true. There are what seem to be power transistors near some of the pads which would be hallmarks of power regulation. I don’t see any on-chip inductors which are typical of RF frequency synthesizers. It looks like there may be some BJT devices acting as band-gap voltage references, another point for power regulation.
