While looking for some proofs, I found this well written piece:

The only problem I can see off the top of my head is in (2.20), the b^2 term should stay in the numerator.

Wow, “well written”. That’s a nice compliment! Thanks, man! And good eye on that equation–Thanks! I wrote that thing years ago when I was trying to teach myself both LaTeX and some basic polymer physics. I figured it might be of use to someone so I left it on my website. Glad you liked it!
